I called N1 to go to my mothers house after another HVAC company turned her gas off and shut her system down because they said her heat exchanger was cracked and leaking carbon monoxide into the environment. N1 performed a very thorough system check including a combustion analysis. They found the system was operating normally and there were no cracks on the exchanger. We were advised that the furnace was a bit old and to start planning on an update in the future though. I really appreciate that honesty. My mother is on a very tight budget. N1 saved my mother a lot of money and she is now budgeting for a new unit down the road. N1 also installed my furnace and AC in my home. It's working great and is very efficient.
