Most breakdowns are preventable. Our HVAC maintenance visits cover everything that typically leads to a failure if left unchecked:
- Full system inspection, including heating and cooling components

Plumbing – Preferred & Elite Plans
Most plumbing failures don’t happen overnight. They develop slowly, such as a slow leak behind a wall, water pressure creeping up, or a water heater showing early signs of corrosion. Through our plumbing inspection, we catch issues before they become an emergency:
- Water pressure check and pressure relief valve test
- Leak detection review at fixtures, supply lines, and shutoffs
- Water heater condition assessment — anode rod, temperature, sediment buildup
- Drain flow inspection
- Sump pump operation check (if applicable)
Electrical – Elite Plan
Electrical problems are the ones you least want to ignore. They don’t announce themselves clearly – they build silently and either trip a breaker or cause something much worse. Our electrical evaluations cover:
- Panel inspection – breaker condition, capacity, labeling, and heat signs
- Outlet safety checks – GFCI function, loose connections, grounding
- Voltage testing at key circuits
- Whole-home surge protection assessment
- Generator operation test and load check (if applicable)
